Product must be returned in its original package and be in re-salable condition. Full in-house credit will be issued for items returned within 30 days of order date.

If product is faulty due to a manufacturer's defect, we guarantee 100% credit or product replacement. Any shipping charges incurred for returning products to Great River Office Products are the responsibility of the purchaser. Custom orders, special orders, and perishable items are nonreturnable.

All shorts need to be reported within 5 business days.
